This Fair Use Agreement (FUA) is designed to ensure the best possible experience for all our clients, while promoting responsible and sustainable use of our services.

By using our platforms, licenses, and services, you agree to adhere to this FUA, along with our Master Unified Communications Agreement, and Privacy Policy. This agreement is in place to protect the integrity and reliability of our services for all users.

If we determine that the usage is excessive or impacts other users, we may contact you to discuss modifying your usage or suggest an appropriate upgrade to your service plan.

- Distributing login credentials to a third party or permitting unauthorized access to the Yaxxa Cloud PBX and/or Yaxxa Omni-Channel Contact Centre Platforms.

4. Consequences of Unfair Usage
Excessive use or misuse of our services that either jeopardise the security and / or integrity of the Yaxxa platforms, or adversely affects the network, or other users may result in throttled bandwidth, suspension, or termination of services. We will make every effort to communicate with you to resolve any issues before taking such actions.
5. Review and Amendments
We regularly review our FUA to reflect the evolving needs of our business and customers. We reserve the right to amend this FUA at any time. Changes will be communicated through your account notifications or posted on our website.
